LATIFF MOHIDIN
Collaborating with curator and DISINI artistic director Khairuddin Hori, Latiff Mohidin, renowned master Malaysian artist and poet invites the public to meditate upon a collection of long publicly unseen artworks with fresh eyes and interpretation. Known for his iconic Mindscape, Pago-Pago, Gelombang and Langkawi series, Latiff is also an accomplished poet and laureate of the Southeast Asian Write Award (1984). Latiff exhibited his Pago-Pago series at Centre Pompidou, Paris in early 2018.

KAMIN LERTCHAIPRASERT
Chan + Hori Contemporary and DISINI curatorial director Khairuddin Hori presents the second solo exhibition as part of the From the Studio series. Featuring esteemed Thai contemporary artist, Kamin Lertchaiprasert. This special exhibition holds a mysterious title, “ ”. It follows on from Emptiness, a series of work that developed at his studio in Chiang Mai, Thailand, over the last three years and features his recent paintings, sculptures, video installations and works on paper. To Kamin, art is - at its core - a ritualistic practice, aimed at the achievement of a greater understanding of oneself, nature and the world as a whole.
